Define uniform standards for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, Building Management Systems (BMS), DG Sets, Elevators, and other critical assets.
Drive IFM Standardization Initiatives
Lead implementation of standardized technical operating models across business units and project sites.
Ensure consistency in maintenance practices, service levels, staffing models, and asset management processes.
Technical Governance & Compliance
Develop governance mechanisms to monitor compliance with approved technical standards.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
Asset Lifecycle Management
Define asset performance standards, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle replacement frameworks.
Establish preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve asset reliability and uptime.
CAPEX & Technical Project Support
Provide technical guidance for new facility developments, fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Review and approve technical specifications, designs, equipment selection, and engineering standards.
Vendor & AMC Standardization
Develop standard technical scopes of work, service specifications, SLAs, and KPIs for technical service partners.
Standardize AMC frameworks, technical contracts, and performance evaluation methodologies.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Establish group-wide technical service KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Analyze operational performance, energy consumption, asset reliability, and maintenance costs to identify improvement opportunities
Cost Optimization & Efficiency Enhancement
Drive initiatives for maintenance cost optimization, energy efficiency, utility savings, and resource productivity.
Identify opportunities for standardization of equipment and spare parts to leverage economies of scale.
Technology & Digital Transformation
Lead adoption of CAFM, CMMS, IoT-enabled monitoring systems, BMS integration, and predictive maintenance tools.
Drive data-driven decision-making through technical performance analytics
Knowledge Management & Capability Building
Develop technical competency frameworks and training modules for technical teams across locations.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, best-practice dissemination, and continuous skill development initiatives
Business Continuity & Risk Management
Establish critical asset risk assessment methodologies and business continuity frameworks.
Ensure emergency preparedness, infrastructure resilience, and mitigation plans for critical systems.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Projects, Procurement, Safety, Sustainability, and Business Unit teams for alignment of technical standards and implementation strategies.
Present standardization initiatives, compliance status, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
8-12 years of experience in Facility Management, Corporate Administration, Workplace Services, Hospitality, Real Estate Operations, or IFM.
Minimum 5+ years in Technical Services, Engineering Operations, Facility Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or IFM Governance.
Experience in developing engineering standards, audit frameworks, SOPs, and governance mechanisms.
Exposure to multi-site technical operations is highly preferred
