We are looking for a Lead Guidewire Developer (APD, GW Cloud Configuration)with 8+ years of experience to drive end-to-end configuration and development using Advanced Product Designer (APD) and Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
Key Responsibilities
Lead offshore development for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
Configure products using Advanced Product Designer (APD) and Product model (coverages, clauses, conditions).
Perform in PCF UI configuration, Rules development (Gosu) and Data model extensions.
Work on Guidewire Cloud (GWCP) Deployment, Configuration management and CI/CD alignment.
Collaborate with Onshore teams (BA, Rating Lead, SMEs).
Lead Code reviews, technical design discussions and Developer mentoring.
Support integrations via APIs / Messaging.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter , APD (Advanced Product Designer) and Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
Hands-on expertise in Configuration (PCF, Rules, Data Model) and Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
Strong leadership experience managing offshore teams
Preferred Guidewire certifications, experience in Commercial Lines implementations and exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
