About the role:
We are looking for a Lead - Guest Relationship for North India having experience in the luxury space, ideally from the tourism background but also open to other relevant industries. Someone with a proven record in this space for the last 7-10 years or more. Being a leadership position, we are looking for a true leader who can lead by example. Having a great sense of customer relationship and having handled UHNI clients in the past is a must. Should be a storyteller from the core.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings and client requests seamlessly.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers efficiently.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain reports and track market trends regularly.
- Represent the brand professionally across all stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional service with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ensure a process-driven and service-oriented approach.
- Research unique destinations, experiences, and activities for clients.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate databases.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for guest and team requests.
- Prepare timely sales and performance reports.
- Work effectively remotely while collaborating as a team player.
- Identify and develop new client and partnership opportunities.
- Create and manage sales pipelines and business opportunities.
Qualification Required:
- A graduate degree is required; specialization in a relevant field will be an advantage
- Past experience in luxury space.
- Any courses in the luxury hospitality and travel space would be an added advantage
- Having traveled to various international destinations across the globe
- Excellent with Geography and is updated on current world events (Politically, events, culture etc)
- Should have knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost control to bring in efficiency
- Thorough with Excel (Advanced) and Powerpoint.
