Responsibilities
- Develop and Optimization of process, SLA'S for Parking, housekeeping, security for smooth operations.
- Regular interaction with different stakeholders regarding development, safety and smooth traffic flow
- Ensuring and strategizing for contingency planning for rerouting of vehicles in case of emergency to ensure safe passage at parking exit and airport network.
- Ensure staff are familiar with emergency procedures and adhere to corporate policy, strategy, and work process implementation.
- Recommend and control changes in process material, equipment to enhance service level and improve operational efficiency.
- Execution of new innovative technology which are cost saving and improves business process and customer experience.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of Airport Experience Preffered.
