Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, based in Chennai, involves leading the graphics design function to create visually compelling and brand-aligned content for various mediums. As a Lead Graphics professional, you will oversee projects from concept development to final execution, collaborate closely with content creators, producers, and marketing teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs. You will guide a team of designers, maintain creative consistency, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement through impactful visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in graphic design, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience in team leadership, project management, and creative direction.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and strategies to maintain design consistency.
• Experience in media, broadcasting, or entertainment industries is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
