Role Summary:
Lead the visual design strategy for our B2B SaaS brand, creating high-impact
marketing assets, website visuals, product UI elements, and sales collateral that
drive engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance
creativity and efficiency and will have a sharp sense of brand's tonality to ensure
visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the visual design strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Design compelling marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media assets, whitepapers, event materials and PowerPoints.
- Use AI design tools and techniques to streamline workflows, generate ideas, and produce high-quality visuals.
- Translate our company's voice and messaging into visually consistent assets- especially in product decks, sales pitches, and client-facing materials.
- Create and maintain our design system, ensuring brand consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate business goals into compelling visuals.
- Mentor and guide junior designer, fostering a high-quality design culture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role (B2B/SaaS preferred).
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, web/mobile UI, and marketing design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interpret brand tonality into visual storytelling.
