We are looking for an experienced Design Lead who can drive brand identity, visual storytelling, and creative execution across all platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in branding and experience leading a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality, consistent, and performance-driven creatives. You will be responsible for owning the brand's visual language and ensuring all design outputs align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and creative professionals
- Define and maintain brand identity, design guidelines, and visual systems
- Oversee design execution for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, website assets, and product creatives
- Translate business and marketing objectives into impactful visual concepts
- Ensure consistency in design across all brand touchpoints
- Review, guide, and improve team output through feedback and creative direction
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative workflows efficiently
Experience Required
- 4–8 years of experience in graphic design and branding
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand identities and visual systems
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
- Hands-on experience delivering creatives for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
- Prior experience with D2C brands, agencies, or high-growth startups is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and design consistency across platforms
