About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to drive impactful visual storytelling across digital platforms and campaigns. This role extends beyond execution and requires a strategic creative thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives for global audiences.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital design, campaign creatives, and platform-native storytelling, with the ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality visuals across multiple formats. You will play a key role in shaping creative direction, elevating design quality, mentoring team members, and building scalable visual systems that enhance brand and audience engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Creative Design & Visual Storytelling Lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong creative thinking and high-quality execution.
  • Design compelling and original visuals across social media, digital campaigns, branded content, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop storytelling-led creatives including carousels, explainers, presentations, and narrative-driven formats.
  • Translate briefs, insights, and trends into visually engaging concepts and scalable creative solutions.
  • Adapt ideas into platform-native formats across Instagram, X, YouTube, and digital channels.
  • Contribute to campaigns, launches, and key moments through thoughtful, high-impact design.
  • Create visually compelling pitch decks, presentations, and campaign assets under tight timelines.
  • Seamlessly integrate brands and sponsor messaging into creative outputs.
  • Design content for global audiences, adapting visuals for different markets, and digital consumption behaviors.
  • Design Systems & Team Leadership build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and repeatable creative formats.
  • Review and elevate team output to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
  • Act as a quality gate for high-visibility campaigns and key deliverables.
  • Contribute to improving creative workflows, formats, and internal processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaborate closely with content, social, marketing, and strategy teams to shape ideas and improve creative outputs.
  • Stay updated on evolving design trends, platform behaviors, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.

What You Bring:

  • 10–12 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media/digital marketing content production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, storytelling, campaign execution, and scalable design systems.
  • Proven ability to convert business and campaign objectives into strong visual solutions.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Experience creating high-quality pitch decks and presentation visuals.
  • Understanding platform-specific design formats and content optimization.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity to learn, innovate, and explore emerging tools, including AI in design workflows.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge or understanding of sports content, culture, and audience behavior would be an added advantage.
  • Experience working on campaigns or content series, not just one-off creatives.
  • Experience with brand partnerships and sponsor integrations.
  • Understanding internet culture, digital trends, and audience engagement patterns.
  • Experience designing for international or diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience working with sports clients would be an added advantage.
