This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include designing visually compelling graphics, developing brand-focused materials, and creating consistent branding elements such as logos and typography. The role will involve leading creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and elevating visual communication standards across various platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute design strategies and meet project deadlines will be essential.

• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
• Strong experience in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and build visual identity
• Proficiency in Typography, ensuring cohesive and effective visual language
• Skilled in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and lead creative teams
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Experience in designing for FMCG or sustainability-focused brands is a plus
