Purpose of this position
Support the Manager Global Distribution Planning. Responsible for delivering key projects, e.g. the ATANTIC Program - to establish initiatives for Global Inventory Management. IBP Global key user for Distribution Planning.FIT4 Planning and replenishment flows. Developing project plans, time and cost estimates, contributes to the overall organizational change strategy. SOP Documentation development, supporting the change process.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Supporting the Global Distribution Planning function across EMEA and APAC.
- Leading and implementing best practices for VMI process, overseeing the VMI roll out via SteerCo review.
- Monitoring the Key performance indicators and route cause analysis regionally, where deviations occur.
- Review current strategies with view to standardization and SOP documentation
- Information and Business Advice, e.g. FSV Routing, Routing changes within the EMEA Region, Supporting the Master data within SAP, in line with the Commercial Change Requirements
Manage the Atlantic Process.
- Establish the Atlantic Program globally, moving from the Project phase process.
- Create Roadmap for the new cycles. Global alignment to define the Mission, translating into Objectives
- Defining the Key Results to achieve the Objectives by consensus with the Global KR owners
- Regular check-in on performance, supporting and guiding to enable high completion rate
IBP Global Key User
- IBP Global key user, Leading and representing the Distribution Planning function for all regions.
- IBP strategic developments, documentation and training.
- Supporting through implementation phases, example Distribution Curve Factor and Target stock components – e.g. Safety Stock, Strategic Stock and Cycle Stock
- Alert Management and Master data development and communications.
FIT4 Planning and replenishment flows
- Scrum Team Member for Supply and Replenishment
- Key function to liaise between the Process owners, GSCM and FIT4 Technical Team.
- Capturing the current AS IS VMI Auto Replenishment process –
- Reviewing Global practices to ensure a standard workable process for VMI ensuring the essential elements are considered.
- Documenting the TO BE requirements, identifying the potential gaps and reviewing potential solutions.
- Creating the Blueprints / Big Tickets for the TO BE process
Enterprise Business Analysis:
- Identify solution recommendations to business problems when given well understood business needs at a business unit level.
- Business Process/Model Rethink: Support the process of business model rethinking by analyzing processes, practices, and procedures using prescribed methodologies.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.
Business Requirements Identification:
- Support collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
- Driving the solution to successful implementation across the supply network
- Organize multi-disciplinary teams, by arranging workshops, team meetings for braining storming, solution and implementation.
