Lead- GL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Ind AS Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Ind AS, IFRS, and Companies Act in financial reporting.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex IND AS/ IFRS matters (such as revenue recognition, lease accounting and ppe accounting)
• Assess the financial impact of business combination transactions.
• Evaluate impact of new/amended standards and ICAI/MCA/SEBI pronouncements; prepare position papers and technical memos
• Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, audit committee, and regulators on technical accounting matters

2. Process, Controls & Advisory

• Advise business/finance teams on accounting treatment for new transactions, contracts, and business arrangements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) over financial reporting processes related to IND AS.
• Drive automation/standardization of accounting policies and disclosure checklists across group entities (if applicable).
• Implement and standardize finance policies, internal controls, and SOPs.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a single point of contact for technical accounting queries from business units, auditors, and management.
• Provide training to finance teams on IND AS updates and best practices

Educational Qualification:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Years of experience:

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
