Lead Generator Design

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in turbo generator design, assembly, testing, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, handson experience, and the ability to lead complex projects while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering
• Lead the design of turbo generators, including rotors and associated components.
• Perform design calculations for rotors, heat transfer, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure accurate design clearances between compressor blades.
• Evaluate cold gas and hot gas temperature parameters and select appropriate coolants based on generator ratings.

Performance Analysis

• Carry out critical speed and torque calculations for generator rotors.
• Analyze test data to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
