**We're Hiring: US Lead Generation**

**Location:** Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**

* Engage with U.S./UK prospects through outbound calls and professional communication.

* Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.

* Upsell products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Maintain excellent product and industry knowledge.

* Manage your sales pipeline and daily activities effectively.

* Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.

**What We're Looking For**

* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

* Proven experience in outbound calling and inside sales.

* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

* Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

* Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

* Creative thinking with sound decision-making skills.

* Ability to perform under pressure.

* Effective team player with a proactive attitude.

* Basic computer proficiency.

**Job Details**

**Location:** Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai

**Working Days:** Monday to Friday (5 Days)

**Working Hours:** 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

after training Shift time-6.30pm to 3.30pm
