This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Lead Generation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, researching market opportunities, and maintaining comprehensive lead databases. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, nurture prospects, and support sales initiatives. A focus on clear communication and effective collaboration will be vital to success in this role.

• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong Sales and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough Research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
• Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets
