Specialist - Demand and Lead Generation

We are on a journey to overcharge the creators economy in India by driving crazy results for our brand partners by enabling creators deliver better content.

This role is for our office in South Delhi, Delhi

About this role

As a Specialist - Demand and Lead Generation, you will be responsible to generate warm, mature B2B leads to whom our accounts team can sell to.

You will be closely working with Brand Partnership Manager to identify new market opportunities and act on tactics that can help us generate more qualified leads.

What you'll do

You will

  • Explore channels through which we can reach out to our probable brand customers.
  • Create reach out tactics that can help us be more visible.
  • Identify and engage relevant brands who can get value from our work.
  • Create qualified leads and build initial relationship with them.
  • We value each of our team member's input while taking important decisions that affect the company's growth. You will work with your leadership to build growth strategies for a quarter-on-quarter cycle.
  • Be responsible to grow the company's revenue and size.

Must haves we are looking for

  • Really good communications skills
  • Good understanding of B2B lead generation channels and tactics which work in Indian B2B industry.
  • Ownership + agency + quick execution temperament

You'll be preferred if

  • you have 1+ years of experience in Business Development /Lead Generation /Account Management in influencer marketing or related industry.

We are hiring to this role at a CTC of INR 360K - 420k per annum. Performance Linked Incentives can be discussed after 6 months
