Role Summary

Pinnacle Growth Consulting is seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outreach efforts in the USA market. The ideal candidate is an expert in modern, automated outreach techniques and has a deep understanding of the competitive US landscape. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers for our senior sales team. This is a critical role at the top of our sales funnel, driving our growth in North America.

Key Responsibilities

Automated & Personalized Outreach:

Design, build, and manage automated, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to target companies and key contacts within the ecommerce, retail, and CPG sectors across the USA.

Craft compelling and personalized messaging that cuts through the noise and addresses specific market needs.

Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies to improve response rates and lead quality.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the senior sales team.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads against a defined ideal customer profile (ICP).

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and determine fit.

Appointment Setting:

Secure and schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the Senior Business Development Manager.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Market Intelligence & CRM Management:

Gather and report on market feedback and trends from the US market.

Maintain a meticulous and up-to-date record of all outreach activities and lead information in our CRM.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a lead generation, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or inside sales role.

Market Knowledge: Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting meetings in the competitive US market.

Technical Skills: Expertise in automating outreach efforts and deep knowledge of email outreach best practices. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo.io) is required.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Drive: A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to exceed targets.
