Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Nellore, AP. The Lead Generation Specialist will be tasked with identifying and qualifying potential leads, building and fostering customer relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to drive new business opportunities. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to effectively generate and manage leads for the company's professional photography platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lead Generation, identifying New Leads, and supporting business growth.
• Proficient in Communication and building effective relationships with potential clients and team members.
• Strong background in Sales with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Skilled in Research to understand markets, customer behaviors, and emerging trends in the photography and digital marketplace industry.
• Strategic and analytical thinking to optimize lead generation strategies and contribute to business growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment to meet targets and contribute to team success.
• Previous experience in the photography or creative services industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
