What You'll Do
- Generate new B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and referrals
- Target and engage C-level, VPs, Directors, and Hiring Managers
- Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for sales leadership
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or inside sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email sequencing tools
- B2B experience in IT services, staffing, consulting, or SaaS preferred
