Job Description

Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social media research.

Must make minimum of [50 to 100] outbound cold calls per day focused on US & Canada Geo.

Meet monthly target of fixing minimum 10 new client meetings.

Maintain and update the sales pipeline on Zoho CRM system.

Prior experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.

Schedule meetings, demos & introductory calls for the sales team.

Understand customer needs and share relevant product or service information to qualify leads on 1st level.

Familiarity using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info & other lead gen tools.

  • Proactively identifying and expertly responding to global Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to maximize new business wins, requiring familiarity with Zoho CRM ability to manage and execute high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs by coordinating input from subject matter experts (SMEs) to maximize win rates.
  • Create visually compelling and concise PowerPoint decks for proposals, demos, and client presentations.
  • Convert technical concepts into simple, engaging narratives tailored for CXO, business, and technical audiences.
  • Build pitch decks, capability slides, case studies, and value proposition narratives.
  • Design end-to-end functional flows, user journeys, and process diagrams aligned to customer needs.
  • Create high-level solution architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical models.
  • Contribute to knowledge repositories, reusable assets, templates, and presentation frameworks.
  • AI Awareness: Knowledge of AI tools for RFP analysis, write RFP & RFQ responses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to create high-quality SOWs and technical documentation.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and live demos beyond presentation slides; hands-on experience with at least one programming language and cloud platform implementation is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to deliver impactful presentations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
