We are hiring Client Acquisition Executives Inside Sales for a leading global hospitality technology company. This opportunity is ideal for Hotel Management graduates who are looking to start or grow their career in inside sales and hospitality technology.

Working Days, Shift & Benefits

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Week Off: Sunday fixed + 1 rotational off
  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
  • Cab Facility: Provided after 8:00 PM
  • Training: 6 months structured Pre-Sales training
  • Confirmation: Permanent role after training based on performance

Job Summary

The Client Acquisition Executive Inside Sales will support the sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential hotel clients. This role focuses on pre-sales and lead generation activities and is ideal for candidates interested in sales, client interaction, and hospitality technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential hotel clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
  • Initiate conversations with hotels to introduce company solutions
  • Understand basic client requirements and qualify prospects
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads
  • Achieve daily and weekly client acquisition targets

Training Details

6 months of structured Pre-Sales training covering:

  • Hospitality industry basics
  • Hotel technology solutions
  • Client acquisition & lead qualification techniques
  • Communication skills and CRM usage

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Hotel Management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or client interaction (preferred)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment
