Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for building and managing our outbound lead generation engine. You will be the architect of our client acquisition pipeline, leveraging multiple channels to generate high-quality leads for our UI/UX design, full-stack development, and Webflow services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for B2B SaaS companies, startups, and enterprises seeking UI/UX design, development, and Webflow solutions.
  • Craft compelling cold email sequences and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, subject lines, and targeting parameters.
  • Generate qualified leads for our design, development, and Webflow services.
  • Focus on attracting clients looking for premium UI/UX design and technical implementation.

Channel Management

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Build and optimise email sequences using HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Leverage growth hacking techniques for organic lead generation.
  • Identify and engage prospects in need of Webflow development services.

Data and Analytics

  • Track and report on key metrics, including CPL, conversion rates, pipeline value, and ROI.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead scoring systems.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor lead quality for design and development service inquiries.

Market Research

  • Identify ideal customer profiles and target segments in the SaaS and startup ecosystem.
  • Research decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS, the startup ecosystem, and design and tech services.
  • Monitor competitor activities and positioning.
  • Understand the Webflow market and identify potential clients.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on content and messaging alignment.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns.
  • Share insights on market demands for UI/UX, development, and Webflow services.

Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience with cold email outreach and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimisation.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in generating leads for design agencies, tech studios, or SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Instantly.
  • Understanding of the startup ecosystem and B2B SaaS landscape.
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of Webflow and its market.
