About the Role
Nextyn Advisory is seeking a Lead Generation to drive new business growth across industrial and automotive sectors. The ideal candidate is a sharp, proactive sales professional who thrives on building pipelines from scratch, engaging technical buyers, and converting prospects into real commercial opportunities.
While the role carries a strategic lens: understanding markets, mapping accounts, and refining outreach, the day-to-day core is active sales: identifying the right people, reaching out consistently, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings that move the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Account Targeting
- Map target accounts across automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, industrial machinery manufacturers, and automation integrators
- Identify the right stakeholders within each account: engineering, procurement, plant operations, and leadership
- Develop and refine outreach messaging tailored to each vertical and buyer profile.
2. Outbound Sales & Prospecting
- Execute high-quality, personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Maintain a consistent daily cadence to ensure no prospect goes cold
- Follow up persistently and intelligently across multi-touch sequences
3. Opportunity Qualification & Conversion
- Engage prospects in meaningful discovery conversations to assess fit and intent
- Qualify opportunities based on technical requirements, budget signals, and decision timelines
- Convert qualified prospects into confirmed meetings with the Nextyn sales leadership team
4. Pipeline Ownership & Reporting
- Own the top-of-funnel pipeline from first outreach to confirmed opportunity
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all activity, lead status, and next steps
- Share weekly and monthly pipeline updates with internal leadership
- Track KPIs including outreach volume, response rates, opportunities qualified, and meetings booked
5. Market Intelligence
- Stay current on trends across industrial automation, automotive manufacturing, and smart factory adoption
- Identify competitive dynamics and account-level triggers to sharpen outreach timing and messaging
- Feed structured market insights back to Nextyn's sales and strategy leadership
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, automotive components, electromechanical products, or related technical sectors
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline independently
- Prior exposure to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or industrial machinery accounts is a strong advantage
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident and articulate across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Working knowledge of prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar
- Ability to understand technical products quickly and translate them into commercially relevant conversations
- Disciplined CRM usage and strong follow-up habits
