About the Role

We are looking for aLead Generation Specialistwho can identify and engage potential clients interested inSalesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and support services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technology sales prospecting with a strong understanding of Salesforce as a product/solution.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
  • Generate new B2B leads forSalesforce implementation, customization, and managed services.
  • Identify decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and CRM Heads.
  • Research accounts and build targeted lists within industries like retail, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and SaaS.
  • Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calling) to create interest in Salesforce services.
Sales Outreach
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand customer requirements and Salesforce adoption needs.
  • Pitch Salesforce-related services:
  • Implementation
  • Custom development
  • Integration
  • Data migration
  • Support & maintenance
  • Salesforce product consulting (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the Sales/Pre-Sales team.
Market Intelligence
  • Track companies already using Salesforce and identify cross-sell or upgrade opportunities.
  • Keep track of Salesforce ecosystem trends (release updates, demand areas, service gaps).
Pipeline & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate lead and outreach data (any CRMHubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Share weekly/monthly reports on lead pipeline, conversions, and outreach performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15 years experience inLead Generation / Inside Salesfor IT services.
  • MUST have experience generating leads inSalesforce consulting or similar CRM/Cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, integrations).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify high-value accounts and build targeted prospecting lists.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.
Good to Have
  • Experience working with a Salesforce Partner company.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce implementation lifecycle and common customer pain points.
  • Ability to prepare email sequences and outbound campaigns.
  • Familiarity with US markets.
