Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation for IT services, IT staffing, and contract hiring.
Generate B2B leads through channels such as LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, email campaigns, and website landing pages.
Create and manage content related to IT services, staffing solutions, contract-to-hire and emerging technologies.
Support the sales and business development teams with qualified leads, campaign insights, and marketing collateral.
Build and manage the company's LinkedIn presence to position the brand as a trusted IT services and staffing partner.
Research competitor offerings, pricing models, and market trends in the IT staffing and services industry.
Key Skills & Experience:
2+ years if experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT services or IT staffing.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other platform lead generation.
Understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring models (contract, full-time, C2H)
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics.
