Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert with a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven results. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in generating high-quality leads for IT Software Service companies using platforms like Email Marketing, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & ROI
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple platforms (Email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other tools).
  • Achieve defined lead generation targets and contribute to sales growth.
  • Demonstrate proven ROI from lead generation campaigns.

Platform Expertise:

  • Design and execute lead-generation strategies using Email Marketing platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and measure performance.
  • Research and identify potential clients across geographies.

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Craft personalized and professional outreach messages that resonate with the target audience.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate data records and track KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
  • Prepare reports to demonstrate lead pipeline progress and ROI.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company objectives.
  • Collaborate on strategies to nurture and convert leads into clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience working in IT Software Service companies.
  • Lead Generation Tools: Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • ROI Focused: Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads with measurable ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create impactful outreach content.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and campaign performance to improve results.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet lead generation targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in international lead generation (US, UK, or other markets).
