Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven associates to support our calling and outreach process.This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer interaction and business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
  • Support lead generation and qualification efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless communication

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate from a reputed/top-tier institute
  • 0-5 years of experience in customer engagement & business operations or related
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and cloud ecosystems is required
  • Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
  • 3–4-month contract role; extension based on performance.
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Prior exposure to calling / customer interaction / sales (internships or projects)
  • Basic understanding of sales or business processes
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
