Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist & CRM Executive based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, managing CRM tools effectively, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to successful customer retention strategies. The role also involves analyzing sales data, maintaining customer databases, enhancing customer experience, and supporting overall sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales metrics and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients
  • Experience in Sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and their effective utilization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
