Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Delhi. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, conducting thorough research to target potential clients, and developing strategies for generating leads. The role also involves maintaining active communication with prospects, collaborating closely with the sales team to nurture leads, and contributing to the growth of the company's sales pipeline. Regular tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and outcomes will also be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
- Proficiency in researching and analyzing market trends to develop lead pipelines
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
- Experience in Sales processes and nurturing leads
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
