Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation/SDR Executive

Location: Remote / On-site (as per requirement)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Intern to support our sales and business development team. This role is ideal for someone interested in B2B sales, outreach, and building pipelines for product and AI-driven companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn and job portals
  • Build and maintain lead databases as per the target audience
  • Assist in email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Send connection requests and follow-ups
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Track outreach performance and responses
  • Support the team in scheduling meetings

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. (preferred)
  • Good communication and research skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales/outreach
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
