We are looking for Tele calling Executive at Thane.

Position: Tele Calling

Job Location: Thane

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain the company's products and services clearly to customers.

Generate leads by fixing patient appointments and convert them into visits/sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

Follow up with customers for appointments, queries, or pending responses.

Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing
