Job Title: Lead Generation / Sales Manager

Location: Kota, Rajasthan (On-site)

About the Role

Tutrain is seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who will take full responsibility for planning, strategizing, and executing all lead generation activities.This role is designed for someone who can bring high-quality student/parent leads through multiple channels and ensure a consistent pipeline that supports organizational growth.The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end lead generation operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Strategy & Planning

• Identify new platforms, methods, and ideas to generate high-quality and relevant leads.

• Analyze audience behaviour to target the right parents, students, and communities.

• Plan campaigns and content ideas that can attract genuine student inquiries.

2. Execution of Lead Generation Activities

• Manage digital outreach efforts including posts, reels, ads, messages, and community engagement.

• Maintain consistent daily activities to attract fresh leads from multiple sources

• Optimize lead flow to ensure the company receives quality, verified, and interested leads.

3. Lead Monitoring & Quality Control

• Filter out non-relevant leads and deliver only high-quality prospective inquiries.

• Track performance of all lead sources and improve weak areas.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead dashboards.

• Ensure all leads entering the system are genuine, accurate, and relevant.

4. Research & Market Understanding

• Study competitor methods and new trends in the education and EdTech market.

• Identify parent pain points to create better lead targeting strategies.

• Explore new platforms, groups, communities, and offline opportunities for consistent lead flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation (EdTech preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong understanding of social media, online platforms, and digital engagement.

• Creative thinking for campaign ideas and strategic planning.

• Ability to manage multiple channels and deliver consistent results.

• Basic understanding of Google tools, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and digital marketing basics.

• Highly responsible, proactive, and result-focused personality.
