Lead Generation Partner-Career Break/Fresher/Hybrid/Pune

Role and Responsibilities-

Conduct online research to identify potential clients and target segments.

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls.

Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.

Collaborate with the delivery team to nurture leads.

Schedule introductory meetings and follow-ups with decision-makers.

Job Specifications (Skill and Knowledge required)-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to research, identify, and connect with prospects.

Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.

The candidate must have an excellent academic background.

The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

The candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Email Management etc. The speed of typing, knowledge of keyboard shortcuts etc. will help.

The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and maturity to deal with candidates, clients and colleagues. The candidate must be service oriented by nature.

The candidate must have a good leadership skill, confidence and inner drive to remain progressive, they must have a good appetite to learn and explore new things.

Should have a flair for searching, investigating, exploring new ways to look for right candidates.

As this is a remote working - the applicant must have proper work from home (WFH) infrastructure -

1.A dedicated quite work place where you can work without distraction.

2.Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connectivity.

3.Computer with decent configuration and necessary licensed software.

4.Computer must have audio and video in working condition.

5.Power back up for seamless working.

6.Smart phone; we will provide the SIM card (Phone number).
