Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to drive business growth across subscriptions, partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and events. This role sits at the intersection of sales, research, and relationship management and requires a structured, disciplined approach to outreach and follow-ups, especially within the legal and professional services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build a pipeline of qualified leads across law firms, corporates, institutions, government bodies, and individual professionals
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
- Draft clear, professional outreach communication aligned with India Legal's brand and positioning
- Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle: prospecting, first contact, follow-ups, qualification, and handover/conversion
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data, interaction history, and status tracking
- Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and leadership teams to align outreach with current offerings, campaigns, and events
- Track outreach performance, response rates, and conversions; prepare periodic reports and insights
- Continuously refine lead lists, messaging, and outreach strategies based on data and feedback
- Ensure all outreach is compliant, ethical, and aligned with professional norms of the legal industry
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales outreach, or partnerships
- Prior exposure to the legal, consulting, media, or professional services sector is strongly preferred
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write concise, credible, and persuasive outreach messages
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, or similar), and spreadsheets
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort working with structured targets and timelines
- Ability to work from office in Noida and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
