We are looking for a proactive
Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to drive client engagement and expand the market reach of our AI products.
As a
Lead Generation & Outreach Executive, you will be identifying prospects, initiating contact, and managing outreach campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing and tech teams to convert leads into opportunities and support the growth of our AI product.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn & cold calling.
- Develop effective sales & outreach strategies to meet targets.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end outreach automation workflows, including messaging, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing & tech teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Stay updated on AI tools, technology trends, and market developments to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- Freshers to 2 years of experience candidates with good knowledge of sales outreach.
- Good understanding of managing outreach automation processes.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, and B2B tech products.
- Familiarity with AI related marketing tools( Hubspot AI, Mailchimp with AI features etc).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new AI and tech tools quickly.
