Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Junior located in Thanjavur. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new sales leads, conducting market research to discover potential opportunities, and working closely with the sales team to support the sales pipeline. The role requires effective communication with prospective clients, tracking leads, and helping to convert opportunities into sales. The Lead Generation Junior will contribute to the company's growth by identifying and facilitating business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to identify New Leads and participate actively in Lead Generation activities.
  • Proficient in conducting Market Research to uncover potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with potential clients and team members.
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes and a customer-focused approach to business development.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in a similar lead generation or sales support role is advantageous.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
