Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Lead Generation Specialist with international client experience. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to identify target audiences, nurturing potential clients, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with international clients and establish lasting relationships that contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong skills in Market Research and analyzing target audiences
• Proven ability in Sales and client acquisition of 1-2 yrs
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with international clients effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data management systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team
• Experience in working with a globally diversified client base is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
