Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Intern, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality student leads through digital advertising, especially using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.

This is a performance-driven role where your earnings depend on the quality and conversion of the leads you generate.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

- Generate student leads interested in college admissions

Identify and target the right audience

- Monitor campaign performance and optimise results

- Verify and qualify generated leads before passing them to the team

- Maintain records of leads and campaign performance

Earnings Structure

- No fixed stipend

- Earn ₹2,000 per successful admission conversion from your generated lead

- The better your leads, the higher your earning potential.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Basic understanding of digital marketing or Meta Ads

- Interest in performance marketing and lead generation

- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- Analytical mindset to improve campaign performance

- Consistency and discipline in daily work
