Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedLead Generation Traineeto join our growing team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have 26 months of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development and a strong interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities and performance.
  • Support marketing campaigns by identifying and targeting relevant prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 26 months of experience in Lead Generation / Sales / Business Development.
  • Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to research and analyze data.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Exposure to digital marketing concepts is a plus.
