We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedLead Generation Traineeto join our growing team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have 26 months of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development and a strong interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
- Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities and performance.
- Support marketing campaigns by identifying and targeting relevant prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 months of experience in Lead Generation / Sales / Business Development.
- Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to research and analyze data.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Exposure to digital marketing concepts is a plus.
