AtAccordible, we're not just selling facility & engineering services, we're reshaping how the industry works with tech, hustle, and heart.

We're hiring a Pre-Sales / Lead Generation Executive to help fuel our growth engine. You'll be the first point of contact in our sales cycle, driving conversations with decision-makers across industries like real estate, hospitality, malls, offices, and more.

No fluff, no spam, just strategic, smart outreach that drives real results.

Qualifications

  1. Research and build prospect lists (target: Chief Engineers, Facility Managers, Building Owners, Procurement Heads, etc.)
  2. Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, and personalized emails
  3. Qualify leads and set up high-quality meetings for our sales closers
  4. Track all outreach in CRM and maintain clean data
  5. collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and targeting
  6. Any graduate, skills > degrees
  7. 1–3 years experience in lead generation / inside sales / B2B sales preferred
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  9. Proficiency with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets
  10. Hunger to learn, experiment, and grow fast
  11. Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
