Role: Lead Gen & Growth Manager
We're not looking for someone to just run campaigns. We want someone who can build a lead generation engine from scratch and keep improving it.
If your approach is just calling and sending bulk emails, this role is not for you.
What You'll Do
- Build lead pipelines from scratch. Scrape, source, enrich. Whatever it takes
- Figure out where high-quality leads exist and get that data reliably
- Set up cold email systems end to end. Domains, inboxes, sequences, deliverability
- Run outbound across channels: email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, anything that works
- Use tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. but not depend only on them
- Create workflows that reduce manual effort using tools like n8n, Zapier, AI agents
- Experiment constantly. Messaging, targeting, channels. Kill what doesn't work fast
- Track what matters: reply rates, conversions, cost per lead. Improve every week
- Eventually build and lead a small team, but first prove you can do it yourself
What You Should Already Know
- You've actually built lead lists yourself (not just used someone else's CRM)
- You know how cold email works beyond send campaign (deliverability, warmup, domains)
- You've used tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar
- You understand WhatsApp outreach and have used tools for bulk messaging
- You've worked with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar
- You're comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step instructions
What Will Set You Apart
- You've scraped data from job portals or unconventional sources
- You've built multi-step outbound systems (email + WhatsApp + follow-ups)
- You've used AI to automate parts of lead gen or outreach
- You think in systems, not tasks
