Key Responsibility
- Pitch our recruitment services in a clear and professional manner
- Schedule intro calls or meetings with our internal team
- Maintain and update lead tracking sheets regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, B2B outreach, or business development
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good research ability to identify companies and decision-makers
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of recruitment or HR services
- High ownership, consistency, and result-oriented mindset
