We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Lead Generation Expert to fuel our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and identify potential leads across geographies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and similar platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for software development services and IT resourcing/staff augmentation offerings.
- Run outbound email campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule qualified appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) with accurate lead and campaign data.
- Qualify prospects based on key parameters (budget, authority, need, timeline BANT or similar).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align on target personas, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Track KPIs (number of leads, conversions, cost per lead, etc.) and present weekly/monthly reports.
- Build and manage lead databases and maintain lead hygiene.
- Participate in campaign optimization through A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, CTAs, and more.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in lead generation for software services and/or IT resourcing/staffing companies.
- Proven track record of generating B2B leads in India (Pune, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad) and international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing tools, lead databases, and CRMs.
- Knowledge of target personas such as CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, HR/Staffing Managers, etc.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or cloud platform services
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns)
- Prior experience working with startups or mid-size IT companies
