Part-Time Lead Gen Operator (Startup / VC Space)

We're looking for a killer lead gen operator who knows how to find opportunity before everyone else does.

This is NOT a scrape emails and send spam role.

Your job is simple:

Find high-intent founders and operators who are actively looking to scale their content + distribution and get them on meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years in lead gen (non-India markets)
• Deep understanding of startup/VC space
• Strong on X (you know how to spot intent)
• Can write sharp, human outreach
• Self-directed ,figures things out

What success looks like

• Consistent qualified calls booked weekly
• High response rates
• No junk leads

Compensation

20,000 - 30,000 / month base + 10% commission on every closed deal
