Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with 12 years of experience in sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and generate new business leads through online platforms, databases, and professional networks.

Reach out to potential prospects through emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.

Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule appointments for the Sales/Business Development team.

Maintain and update accurate lead information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for business development.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

12 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms.

Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
