The candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline through strategic research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification across regions such as the USA..
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international clients through online platforms, databases, and market intelligence tools
- Generate leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels
- Target international markets including North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-makers, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with international sales and business development teams
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Meet weekly and monthly international lead generation targets
- Stay updated with global market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 14 years of experience in international lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in international cold calling and email outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases
- Ability to work with different time zones and cultures
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, or consulting services
- Knowledge of international sales cycles and B2B buying behavior
- Exposure to US, UK, European, or Middle East markets
- Understanding of GDPR and international data compliance (basic)
