Lead Generation Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential

leads, initiating outreach, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to help drive

business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social 

media

Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other channels

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and update CRM systems

Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team

Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities

Meet daily/weekly lead generation and outreach targets

Coordinate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies

Required Skills:

Fluent in spoken and written English

Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation in any field

Experience working with international clients

Knowledge of B2B or B2C sales processes

Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach tools
