The Role

Experience - 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, present solutions effectively, and drive interest in our software development services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
  • Closure & Negotiation: Handle initial client interactions, schedule meetings, and assist in closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and maximize conversions.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage international clients.
  • Outbound Sales Expertise: Proven experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead Conversion Skills: Ability to set up meetings with overseas clients and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Self-Driven & Result-Oriented: A go-getter attitude with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of software development services and how to position them effectively.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams for success.
