Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with 23 years of experience in international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on telecalling experience, and a basic understanding of modern technology tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (international markets).
Identify customer needs and align them with company offerings.
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Perform cold calling, BANT-based lead qualification, and client engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
23 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Experience working with international markets.
Basic understanding of tools like Jira, monday.com, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services / Azure.
