Job Description

Job Title: Lead Management Executive

Job Type: Off-Role

Job Summary: Eaton ES India is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a contract basis to manage leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead qualification and allocation, gathering and capturing updates, summary sharing, and publishing dashboards. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Qualification & Allocation: Conduct tele-call outs to qualify leads received from marketing activities and allocate them to the respective sales team members using Excel, email, or Sales Force in the future. Provide concise and accurate summaries of qualified leads to the sales team.

-Gathering and Capturing Updates: Collect and record updates from the sales team regarding lead status and progress. Conduct follow-ups with the sales team to ensure timely closure of leads.

-Publish Dashboards: Create and publish dashboards for periodic reviews at regional and national levels. Perform data entry tasks and maintain dashboards to track lead management metrics.

-Internal & External Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth lead management processes.

-Review and Process Improvements: Regularly review lead management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

-Graduation with 1-3 years of proven experience in lead management or similar role.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft power point.

-Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM software is a plus.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
