About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and paid media.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC, lead generation funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
